Our mission

AI agents are becoming real co-workers: they schedule interviews, draft applications, negotiate offers, and manage your professional relationships. But almost none of them know who you are.

ProfileClaw (职虾) closes that gap. We build a career context layer — one structured, consent-driven profile of your experience, skills, preferences, and constraints that any agent you approve can read. Instead of re-explaining yourself to every new tool, you maintain one source of truth, and your agents stay in sync with it.

What we believe

1. You own your profile. Nothing is shared without your explicit consent, and every read by every agent is logged.
2. Structure beats prose. A profile split into raw answers, dimension scores, and narrative summaries lets agents read exactly what was shared — and nothing more.
3. Portability is non-negotiable. Your data is yours to export, correct, or delete at any time.

What we are building

• Assessments — structured evaluations that turn your experience into dimension scores agents can reason over.
• Integrations — connectors for the tools where your career already lives: Google Workspace, Notion, Slack, GitHub, Linear, and more.
• API & MCP — a REST API and an MCP server so any agent client can read your context with your permission.
