PSYCHOMETRIC TESTS
Free psychometric tests,

Seven structured instruments covering interests, personality, temperament, values, skills, and workplace judgment — each scored on a documented 1–5 scale, with the methodology published for anyone to check. Take one or take all seven; no account needed to see full results.
What is a psychometric test?
A psychometric test is any standardized instrument that measures a psychological attribute — personality traits, interests, values, or skills — through consistent questions and a documented scoring rule. The point of the standardization is comparability: two people who answer similarly get similar scores, and the same person gets a comparable score if they retake it.
Psychometric instruments come in two families. Typical-performance tests measure how you usually are: personality, temperament, interests, values. Maximum-performance tests measure what you can do under time pressure: aptitude and ability tests such as numerical or verbal reasoning. ProfileClaw offers the first family — seven self-report instruments — and deliberately not the second.
These are exploratory screenings: short, free, and honest about their limits. They indicate which dimensions lead for you; they are not clinical instruments and not validated for hiring or selection.
What the seven instruments cover
Every instrument is free, takes 3–6 minutes, and feeds the same structured profile.
Personality & temperament
How you engage: Big Five work-style traits, True Colors temperament, DISC behavioral style.
Interests & direction
What pulls you: RIASEC interest patterns ending in a three-letter Holland code.
Values & skills
What you trade off and what you bring: six work-value clusters and five evidence-ready skill clusters.
The instruments
- Interest patterns (RIASEC) — 18 items, six Holland types.
- Work style signals (Big Five) — 15 items, five traits.
- Work values — 12 items, six clusters.
- Skills & talents — 10 items, five clusters.
- Color temperament (True Colors) — 12 items, four colors.
- Behavioral style (DISC) — 12 items, D/I/S/C.
- Workplace judgment (SJT) — 12 items, four judgment tendencies.
How the scoring works
Statements are rated on a five-point scale and averaged per dimension (scoring model mean-v1): every score is a number from 1 to 5 with two decimals, tied to an instrument version. No percentiles against a hidden norm group, no black-box percentages — what your agent reads is the same number you see.

Psychometric test FAQ
Is this psychometric test free?
Yes — all seven instruments are free, and you see complete results (every dimension score) without creating an account. Signing in only stores results in your profile.
How long does it take?
Each instrument takes 3–6 minutes; the full battery of seven runs about 30 minutes. You can stop after any one of them.
Can I use these for hiring or selection?
No. The instruments are exploratory self-report screenings, explicitly not validated for hiring, promotion, or consequential decisions about a person. The methodology page states these limits in full.
Psychometric test vs personality test — what’s the difference?
Personality tests are one kind of psychometric test. "Psychometric" is the umbrella: it also covers interests, values, skills, and (outside ProfileClaw) timed aptitude tests.
Can my AI tools read my results?
Yes, with your authorization. Grants are scoped (profile, assessments, evidence), expire after 7, 30, or 90 days, are revocable, and every read is audited. Agents read dimension scores per task — raw answers never leave the profile.
